This film features the ever-popular Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson as a convict released from prison who seeks to avenge the death of his brother. This film is brutal yet beautiful, as we soon see that the protagonist is a killer with a conscience who gravely weighs up the decisions he has to make. A satisfying ending brings about a nice conclusion to this tense, gripping film. If you're a fan of that brand of action that places more emphasis on tension and suspense rather than flashy explosions and crazy shootouts then this film is definitely for you.
